I traveled from out of town specifically to visit this establishment and was initially so impressed by the beautiful decor that I took photos to share with friends. Unfortunately, the service that followed was deeply disappointing and upsetting.When I arrived, I was completely ignored at the host stand. I assumed the staff was simply busy, but a few moments later, a white family walked in and was immediately greeted with enthusiasm and escorted to a table. When I politely pointed out that I had been waiting first, the staff responded with visible attitude before finally showing me to a seat. Once seated, I waited 25 minutes just for a rude and unpleasant server to take my drink order. It took another 20 minutes for that drink to arrive. By that time, my friend, who is Caucasian, had joined me. The sudden shift in the staff's demeanor was jarring. The team instantly became cheerful, attentive, and conversational.Feeling singled out based on my race was deeply humiliating. It is incredibly disheartening to experience this kind of blatant bias. I expected much better from a business in this community and cannot recommend a place that treats its guests so unequally.

I feel very remiss, I should have reviewed this place a long time ago because the ramen is my favorite in the whole city maybe in the country. However, my wife ( who is Thai ) and I went there tonight for mother's Day and she presented us with a beautiful rose and other things that she did not not have to do. Mandy is the owner and she does an incredible job, if you love ramen or anything Japanese you have to check this place out.

Kiko Ramen has the absolute best curry ramen in Jax. It’s perfectly balanced—especially if you add a little spicy oil for an extra kick. I’ve tried many spots around town, but I always come back to Kiko for their curry ramen. I also had my very first fish taco here—wow! Don’t hesitate—get the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura sushi taco. The seaweed crunch is perfect, and the sauces with each bite are incredible. No need to go anywhere else! My third favorite was the kani salad—it’s like no other. Hands down the best in Jax. The hint of ginger in the dressing takes it to another level. A must-try!

Hidden Gem in Jacksonville! Better than Orlando! My daughter and I absolutely loved our dinner here! We’re in Jacksonville for work and were so glad to find Kiku open on a Monday night. The sushi and ramen were both incredible. My daughter actually said this was one of the best bowls of ramen she’s ever had—even better than the spots we’ve tried in Orlando! ​The presentation is truly top-notch; every dish was a feast for the eyes as well as the tastebuds (the dry ice effect on the sushi and the floral garnishes were such a cool touch!). The staff was incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

From the time we walked in to the time we placed our order & got our order & left very friendly & knowledgeable of the menu. Atmosphere was wonderful. Our rolls exquisite…. Phenomenal. We’ve searched for past 10 yrs here to find my husband’s favorite the sushi deluxe each piece was topped with a unique topping. And my rolls Wow!!!! So so delicious flavors out of this world!This place is a little gem! God Bless all the staff in the kitchen, sushi bar & servers! We will be back very soon!
